Use consistent and minimal license header for every file
Where before this they said "
"either version 2 of the License, or (at your option) any later version."
Now they just say
"GNU GPLv2"
This fixes it to say "GNU GPLv2 or later" again.

Kind of a big mess but it was difficult to untangle piecemeal.
Basically this drops nearly all the centralized window tracking
in engine.py and moves it to each UI class. If manager.py wants
to open a details window it does it directly, and vmmDetails tracks
the window object list itself. This simplifies things and makes
the code easier to follow.
There's still some weirdness with vmmConnect and connection callbacks,
but future patches will break those apart.
We need to quote URL values in the username, that's what libvirt expects.
Unquote the values before caching them in the URI object, so console
connections continue to work

Add virtuozzo hypervisor to connection list.
Add radio buttons for choosing VM or container virtualization type.
New wizard window for setting template name for containers.
Takes a comma separated list of HVs, and only shows those as options in
the 'Open Connection' wizard. This option can be used to hide the bhyve
option as well, so drop --with-bhyve
Ensure that any file touched by a @redhat.com author in 2013 has an
updated copyright header.
The files were updated using the build-aux/update-copyright gnulib
script and manually added where the copyright line wasn't present.

In case of connection failure, the user can either maintain the connection
or modify it.
Split up `add_connection_to_ui' into `make_conn' and `register_conn'
to handle separately the object creation and its registration in the
list of connections (ui and conf).

And drop a whole bunch of legacy dbus fallback stuff. Now that we
are bumping the host dependencies to very recent gtk, none of the
back compat should matter.
Despite being a known quantity, autotools is so overkill for our needs,
so let's drop it and replace it with a much simpler and easy to customize
system.
