fix megamanifest.xml generation script so it works when multiple repositories are on the same server (e.g., code.ros.org), by changing the format of the 'repos' file to be two-column, one for a 'friendly' name, and one for the actual SVN URI. revamp the 'repos' file to include one line for each stack repository, so that the 'browse code' PHP links work... evidently svn:external won't follow links into the external repos.
