Merge branch 'could_test' into 'master'

测试部分搭建完成,可以写测试

rspec+capybara+factory_girl+fake
spec测试目录
controllers,models测试文件目录(use rspec)
factories预构件目录(factory_girl+fake)
features验收或集成测试目录(capybara)
supports公共宏定义目录
matchers自定义匹配器目录
注:原来rails的测试工具已经不生效了,完全被替换以上框架。
