Subject: [PATCH] Fix broken links in adv_digital_twin.md by adding missing /

In the documentation is https:/www.openstreetmap.org instead of https://www.openstreetmap.org and my browser takes it as relative link into https://carla.readthedocs.io/www.openstreetmap.org instead.
