Joel Moriana c7b964a151 PR fixes. 
* run_synchronization main method split into a synchronization_loop
method and a SimulationSynchronization class.
* New arguments added: --sync-vehicle-color and --sync-all
* Added some SumoSimulation methods as staticmethod to avoid codacy
warnings.
* Other smaller PR modifications.
