Add support for nested device details inside conn

e.g.
    connections: {
      loopback: {
        adaptor: "loopback",
        devices: {
          ping: { driver: "ping", pin: 1 }
        }
      }
    }

In the event of a name collision between the `devices` hash and a nested
device, the nested device will 'win'.
