Breaking changes: changed the function signature for 4 exported functions 
- Change

    to

- Change

    to
    `func (f *File) GetComments(sheet string) ([]Comment, error)`
- Change

- Change

- Simplify the assert statements in the unit tests

- Checking and return error for invalid sheet name instead of trim invalid characters
