net: hinic: remove redundant pointer pfhwdev 

Pointer pfhwdev is being assigned but is never used hence it is
redundant and can be removed.

Cleans up clang warning:
warning: variable 'pfhwdev' set but not used [-Wunused-but-set-variable]
