PCI: iproc: Do not use 0x in front of %pap
The "%pap" format adds a "0x" prefix, so using "0x%pap" results in output of "0x0x...". Drop the "0x" prefix in the format string. [bhelgaas: changelog] Signed-off-by: Dmitry V.
