dm mpath: eliminate pg_ready() wrapper
pg_ready() is not comprehensive in its logic and only serves to obfuscate code. Replace pg_ready() with the appropriate logic in multipath_map(). Signed-off-by: Mike Snitzer <snitzer@redhat.com>
