ASoC: rsnd: rename rsnd_enable_sync_convert() to rsnd_src_sync_is_enabled()

rsnd_enable_sync_convert() is for checking, not for setting.
In order to avoid confusion, this patch renamed it to
rsnd_src_sync_is_enabled()
