net: ethernet: ti: cpsw: Fix inconsistent IS_ERR and PTR_ERR in cpsw_probe() 

Fix inconsistent IS_ERR and PTR_ERR in cpsw_probe,
The proper pointer to use is clk instead of mode.

This issue was detected with the help of Coccinelle.
