.gitignore: Do not track `defconfig` from `make savedefconfig`
Running `make savedefconfig` creates by default `defconfig`, which is, currently, on git’s radar, for example, `git status` lists this file as untracked. So, add the file to `.gitignore`, so it’s ignored by git.
