net: hns: fix unsigned comparison to less than zero

Currently mskid is unsigned and hence comparisons with negative

Fixes: f058e46855 ("net: hns: fix ICMP6 neighbor solicitation messages discard problem")
Addresses-Coverity: ("Operands don't affect result")
