amd-xgbe: Use disable_irq_nosync when in IRQ context

Change the disable_irq call to disable_irq_nosync. Signed-off-by: Tom Lendacky <thomas.lendacky@amd.com> Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>
