The leds.txt was moved and renamed. Fix references to
it accordingly.

Some LEDs can be related to a specific device(s) described in the DT.
This property allows specifying such relations. E.g. USB LED should
usually be used to indicate some USB port(s) state.
Please note this binding is designed to be generic and not influenced by
any operating system design. Linux developers may find "trigger" part a
bit confusing since in Linux triggers are separated drivers. It
shouldn't define the binding though (we shouldn't add an extra level of
indirection).

During my work on some new LED trigger I tried adding example similar to
the existing ones which received following comment from Rob:
> It's not really clear in the example this is an LED node as it is
> incomplete.
Keeping that in mind I suggest adding context for the existing example
entries in hope to make documentation more clear.

Four different drivers define the "default-state" property.
Move this into the common.txt common LEDs properties.

It's desirable to specify which LEDs are to be blinked on a kernel
panic. Therefore, introduce a devicetree boolean property to mark
which LEDs should be treated this way, if possible.

1. Since max-microamp property has had no users so far, then rename
it to more descriptive led-max-microamp.
2. Since flash-timeout-us property has had no users so far, then rename
it to more accurate flash-max-timeout-us.
3. Describe led-max-microamp property as mandatory for specific board
configurations.
4. Make flash-max-microamp and flash-max-timeout-us properties mandatory
for devices with configurable flash current and flash timeout settings

Label is used for naming LED class devices. Since ePAPR
doesn't require uniqueness for label properties, it has to be
explicitly required in the LEDs common bindings documentation.

specific device tree properties. The properties being added are:
max-microamp, flash-max-microamp, flash-timeout-microsec.

There are several drivers that use LEDs and depend on exactly the same
device tree binding. However, the binding documentation has simply been
cut-and-paste into each of the binding documents. Rather than continue
to duplicate it, this patch adds a common led binding document that all
can reference.
