Akihiro Tsukada 7608f575b8 [media] qm1d1c0042: add driver for Sharp QM1D1C0042 ISDB-S tuner 
This patch adds driver for qm1d1c0042 tuner chips.
It is used as an ISDB-S tuner in earthsoft pt3 cards.
