Eric Miao 63e6552f7c [ARM] pxa: removed unused declarations of pxa_gpio_* in hardware.h 
pxa_gpio_{get,set}_value() are not used anymore, remove them from hardware.h.
Declaration of pxa_gpio_mode() is still being referenced and thus moved into
pxa2xx-gpio.h

Russell King a09e64fbc0 [ARM] Move include/asm-arm/arch-* to arch/arm/*/include/mach 
This just leaves include/asm-arm/plat-* to deal with.
