Mauro Carvalho Chehab b11460b053 [media] saa7115: add detection code for gm7113c
Adds a code that (auto)detects gm7113c clones. The auto-detection
here is not perfect, as, on contrary to what it would be expected
by looking into its datasheets some devices would return, instead:
	saa7115 0-0025: chip 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 @ 0x4a is unknown
(found on a device labeled as GM7113C 1145 by Ezequiel Garcia)

Mauro Carvalho Chehab e090901e48 [media] saa7115: move the autodetection code out of the probe function
As we're now seeing other variants from chinese clones, like
gm1113c, we'll need to add more bits at the detection code.
So, move it into a separate function.

Gianluca Gennari 4494f0fdd8 [media] s5c73m3: fix indentation of the help section in Kconfig
The 'help' section of the Kconfig entry for this driver is missing
an extra alignment. That seems to violate what's stated at:
	Documentation/kbuild/kconfig-language.txt

Even if it works, the better is to add 2 extra spaces there, as
this is the common practice and helps human reading of the file.

Also, the way it is, it breaks backport trees.

Hans Verkuil c7c54a988d [media] sony-btf-mpx: the MPX driver for the sony BTF PAL/SECAM tuner
The Sony BTF PG472Z has an internal MPX to deal with mono/stereo/bilingual

the go7007 driver as it should be a separate i2c sub-device driver.
The wis-sony-tuner is really three i2c devices: a standard tuner, a tda9887

David Härdeman 9719afae5e [media] rc-core: don't treat dev->rc_map.rc_type as a bitmap
store_protocols() treats dev->rc_map.rc_type as a bitmap which is wrong for
two reasons. First of all, it is pretty bogus to change the protocol type of
the keymap just because the hardware has been asked to decode a different
protocol.
Second, dev->rc_map.rc_type is an enum (i.e. a single protocol) as pointed
out by James Hogan <james.hogan@imgtec.com>.
Fix both issues by introducing a separate enabled_protocols member to

Andrei Andreyanau bff7993936 [media] mt9v022 driver: send valid HORIZONTAL_BLANKING values to mt9v024 soc camera
This patch fixes the issue that appears when mt9v024 camera is used with the

(horizontal width + horizontal blanking). The minimum horizontal

Benoît Thébaudeau cbaa5c54cb [media] soc-camera: mt9m111: Fix auto-exposure control
Commit f9bd584365 changed V4L2_CID_EXPOSURE_AUTO
from boolean to enum, and commit af8425c54b
changed the creation of this control into a menu for the mt9m111. However,
mt9m111_set_autoexposure() is still interpreting the value set for this control

Greg Kroah-Hartman 4c62e9764a Drivers: media: remove __dev* attributes.
CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev*
markings need to be removed.

This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata,
__devinitconst, and __devexit from these drivers.

Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me
in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand.

Ezequiel Garcia 8ba6220fe3 [media] cx25840: Replace memcpy with struct assignment
This kind of memcpy() is error-prone. Its replacement with a struct
assignment is prefered because it's type-safe and much easier to read.
Found by coccinelle. Hand patched and reviewed.
Tested by compilation only.
A simplified version of the semantic match that finds this problem is as
follows: (http://coccinelle.lip6.fr/)
// <smpl>

identifier struct_name;
struct struct_name to;
struct struct_name from;
expression E;

-memcpy(&(to), &(from), E);

Javier Martin c01b7429e2 [media] media: ov7670: Allow 32x maximum gain for yuv422
4x gain ceiling is not enough to capture a decent image in conditions
of total darkness and only a LED light source. Allow a maximum gain
of 32x instead.
This doesn't have any drawback since the image quality in 'normal'
light conditions is the same.

Anatolij Gustschin d0bac768fb [media] mt9v022: support required register settings in snapshot mode
Some camera systems cannot operate mt9v022 in normal mode and use
only the snapshot mode. The TechNote for mt9v022 (TN0960) and mt9v024
(TN-09-225) describes required register settings when configuring the
snapshot operation. The snapshot mode requires that certain automatic
functions of the image sensor should be disabled or set to fixed values.
According to the TechNote bit 2 and bit 9 in the register 0x20 must be
set in snapshot mode and unset for normal operation. This applies for
mt9v022 Rev.3 and mt9v024. Add required reg. 0x20 settings dependent on
sensor chip version.
