NR_BUILTIN_GPIO is both defined in arch-pxa and arch-mmp. Now replace it
with PXA_NR_BUILTIN_GPIO and MMP_NR_BUILTIN_GPIO.

This huge patch mostly shuffles code. The spitz.c file contained terrible mess
and needed a cleanup, here it is:
1) Made every part modular, components are not built in if not selected.
2) Removed loads of preprocessor goo, mostly "#ifdef MACH_AKITA .... #endif" and
similar code. The kernel size will grow by a few kb now, but the file is much
more readable.
3) Reworked SD/CF power setting function and made it reentrant.
4) Add ISL6271A regulator support
5) Correctly register WM8750

A smoother migration path would be making corgi_ts.c and other drivers
depending on corgi_ssp.c and corgi_lcd.c to depend on BROKEN instead,
and still allows those to exist around for some time.

akita-specific akita-ioexp with non-standard interface to pins.

Now as the scoop pins are covered by the generic gpio API,
we can use leds-gpio driver instead of special leds-spitz
Drop leds-spitz.c and the declarations of now un-referenced
spitzscoop_device, spitzscoop2_device.

Now poodle/corgi/spitz have been been converted to use SPI-based
drivers, remove the now unused corgi_ssp.c and corgi_lcd.c. And
as well as the unused reference of {corgi,spitz}ssp_device.
