To allow the gateway to be either an IPv4 or IPv6 address, remove
rt_uses_gateway from rtable and replace with rt_gw_family. If
rt_gw_family is set it implies rt_uses_gateway. Rename rt_gateway
to rt_gw4 to represent the IPv4 version.

The uverbs_attr_bundle with the ucontext is sent down to the drivers ib_x
destroy path as ib_udata. The next patch will use the ib_udata to free the
drivers destroy path from the dependency in 'uobject->context' as we
already did for the create path.

The nes infiniband driver uses current_kernel_time() to get a nanosecond
granunarity timestamp to initialize its tcp sequence counters. This is
one of only a few remaining users of that deprecated function, so we
should try to get rid of it.
Aside from using a deprecated API, there are several problems I see here:
- Using a CLOCK_REALTIME based time source makes it predictable in
case the time base is synchronized.
- Using a coarse timestamp means it only gets updated once per jiffie,
making it even more predictable in order to avoid having to access
the hardware clock source
- The upper 2 bits are always zero because the nanoseconds are at most
999999999.
For the Linux TCP implementation, we use secure_tcp_seq(), which appears
to be appropriate here as well, and solves all the above problems.
i40iw uses a variant of the same code, so I do that same thing there
for ipv4. Unlike nes, i40e also supports ipv6, which needs to call
secure_tcpv6_seq instead.

alloc_ordered_workqueue() replaces deprecated
create_singlethread_workqueue().
The workqueue "event_wq" queues work item &event->event_work and the
workqueue "disconn_wq" queues work item work (maps to
g_cm_core->disconn_wq).
WQ_MEM_RECLAIM has not been set since the workqueues are not being used
on a memory reclaim path.

nes_reg_phys_mr() returns ERR_PTRs on error. It doesn't return NULL.
This bug has been there for a while, but we recently changed from
calling a function pointer to calling nes_reg_phys_mr() directly so now
Smatch is able to detect the bug.

Modify the type of local_addr and remote_addr fields in struct
iw_cm_id from struct sockaddr_in to struct sockaddr_storage to hold
IPv6 and IPv4 addresses uniformly.
Change the references of local_addr and remote_addr in cxgb4, cxgb3,
nes and amso drivers to match this. However to be able to actully run
traffic over IPv6, low-level drivers have to add code to support this.
