'GRABBER' is a weird name, all other types map to the /dev
device names. Rename to 'VIDEO' to be consistent with the
other types.

In fdp1_open(), 'ctx' is allocated through kzalloc(). However, it is not
deallocated if v4l2_ctrl_new_std() fails, leading to a memory leak bug. To
fix this issue, free 'ctx' before going to the 'done' label.

When support for the IPMMU is not enabled, the FDP driver may be
probe-deferred multiple times, causing several messages to be printed
like:
rcar_fdp1 fe940000.fdp1: FCP not found (-517)
rcar_fdp1 fe944000.fdp1: FCP not found (-517)
Fix this by reducing the message level to debug level, as is done in the
VSP1 driver.

New Gen3 R-Car platforms incorporate the FDP1 with an updated version
register. No code change is required to support these targets, but they
will currently report an error stating that the device can not be
identified.
Update the driver to match against the new device types.

Support for multiplanar and singleplanar formats is mutually exclusive,
at least in practice. In our attempt to unify support for support for
mplane and !mplane in v4l, let's get rid of the
->vidioc_enum_fmt_{vid,out}_cap_mplane() hooks and call
->vidioc_enum_fmt_{vid,out}_cap() instead.

Check for vb2_ops structures that are only stored in the ops field of a

The new Renesas R-Car H3 ES2.0 platforms have a new hw version register.
Update the driver accordingly, defaulting to the new hw revision, and
differentiating the older revision as ES1

Using %4s to format f->fmt.pix_mp.pixelformat in fdp1_try_fmt() and
fdp1_s_fmt() may lead to more characters being printed (when the byte
following field pixelformat is not zero).
Add ".4" to the format specifier to limit the number of printed
characters to four. The resulting format specifier "%4.4s" is also used
by other media drivers to print pixelformat value.
