John W. Linville 643aab6733 rtl8180: remove priv->mode 
It is only checked in add_interface, and there it is easily replaced
with a check of priv->vif.  If that information should become necessary,
it is available in vif->type anyway.

Larry Finger 1c740ed221 Move all rtl818x files to a common directory. 
This change improves the maintainability of these drivers. No functionality
is changed.
