- Cavium Octeon III CN7xxx systems will now disable their RGMII

support was added in v4.7.
- The Microsemi/Microchip MSCC SoCs gain a MAINTAINERS entry.
- .mailmap now provides consistency for Dengcheng Zhu's name & current
