python: making bbappend files version independent
In the recent commit d4ad95f0 [1], the OpenEmbedded-Core repository
updated python from version 2.7.3 to 2.7.9. To make meta-ros
compatible to the latest commits, the bbappend files are renamed to
be version independent.
