# Disclaimers
**General**
Before users accept the openKylin open source community ([https://openkylin.top/](https://openkylin.top/)) services, please be sure to read this clause carefully and agree to this statement.
Users who directly or indirectly use openKylin open source community services and data through various methods (such as off-site API references, etc.) will be deemed to have accepted all the contents of this statement unconditionally; if the user has any objection to any terms of this statement , please stop using all services provided by the openKylin open source community.
**Article 1**
