Deprecate ADDITIONAL_DEFAULT_PROPERTIES 

As we merge default.prop into build.prop, we don't need to distinguish
ADDITIONAL_DEFAULT_PROPERTIES and ADDITIONAL_BUILD_PROPERTIES. Deprecate
the former in favor of the latter.
