Specifying this option causes the make target's sources
and classpath dependencies to be patched into the specified
module via --patch-module (if the build toolchain implements
the module system, ie. when targeting 1.9). This allows tests
to compile that have classes in packages under test.
Currently, only java.base is on the module path (everything
else is on the classpath), and only when using -target 1.9
(ie. EXPERIMENTAL_USE_OPENJDK9=true).

Test: Treehugger
Test: Checked that I was able to compile some ojluni & icu
test sources that had classes in (libcore) packages
under test.

The codebase is growing more uses of annotation processors,
through a mixture of LOCAL_ADDITIONAL_DEPENDENCIES and
LOCAL_JACK_FLAGS. Add LOCAL_ANNOTATION_PROCESSORS and handle
the rest in the build system.
For now we also need LOCAL_ANNOTATION_PROCESSOR_CLASSES to
work around bad behavior in grok (b/25860419).
Test: m -j java

This will allow individual modules to enable error prone checks
as needed so that the change to treat an error prone check as a
compiler error can be done atomically with the changes to fix
the issues that check reveals.
Tested with the following steps, cleaning up the targets in
between to ensure that it was rebuilt everytime.
Set LOCAL_ERROR_PRONE_FLAGS := -Xep:ClassCanBeStatic:WARN
compiler error in junit-params-test target. Built
javac-check-junit-params-test with RUN_ERROR_PRONE=true to make
sure that compilation failed.
Built the javac-check-junit-params-test without RUN_ERROR_PRONE
set to make sure that the flag is not included unless explicitly
requested.
Built the junit-params-test as normal to make sure it still
worked properly.

The input and output file paths were mixed up in this example. Properly
indicate the input file as a dependency.

In user builds, adb without authentication is always disabled. However,
it doesn't work with the defaults because authentication doesn't work
without having ro.adb.secure=1 set. It makes sense to offer builds with
no adb but not builds with adb present in an unusable state (especially
as the default).

This adds a reference to the _{32|64|arm|arm64|...|darwin|linux|windows}
variables, and adds information about how LOCAL_MODULE_HOST_OS works.
It also removes many (but not all) obsolete references.

Allow modules to generate source into $OUT/gen, which will then
be copied into $OUT/obj and $OUT/obj_$(TARGET_2ND_ARCH) as
necessary. This allows a single build rule invocation that includes
generated source to build for the first and second architectures.
Modules will need to change calls to local-intermediates-dir into
local-generated-sources-dir.

Most users of LOCAL_MODULE_PATH are setting a subdirectory of the
normal install path, for example to install HALs into system/lib/hw.
This is problematic for multiarch builds, where the install location
depends on the arch. Allow modules to specify LOCAL_MODULE_RELATIVE_PATH.
HALs will generally use:
LOCAL_MODULE_RELATIVE_PATH := hw

The Dalvik core libraries team would like to start making warnings
errors in certain packages by definition LOCAL_JAVACFLAGS. This will
allow easier debuging of warnings in other packages by supplying
"-Xlint:..." options.
