Disclaimer

General Provisions

Before using the services provided by the openKylin community (https://openkylin.top/), users must carefully read this statement and agree to it.

Any direct or indirect use of the services and data provided by the openKylin community, including but not limited to external API calls, will be deemed as unconditional acceptance of all the content involved in this statement. If users have any objections to any term of this statement, please stop using all services provided by the openKylin community. 

Provision 1

During the process of using the services and data provided by the openKylin community in any way (including but not limited to posting, promoting, reposting, browsing, and utilizing content posted by the openKylin community or openKylin community users), users may not engage in any behavior that violates Chinese laws or social ethics in any way through the use of the openKylin community, directly or indirectly. Users should adhere to the following commitments:

1. Content published, reposted, or provided complies with Chinese laws and social ethics;

2. No interference, damage or infringement upon the various legal rights and interests of the openKylin community;

3. Comply with the agreements, guidelines, and management rules of the openKylin community and related network services;

4. No interference, damage or infringement upon the various legal rights and interests of other openKylin community users;

The openKylin community has the right to delete content that violates the above commitments.

Provision 2

1. The openKylin community only provides storage space for content posted by users, and does not provide any form of guarantee for the content published or reposted by users: It does not guarantee that the content meets your requirements and does not guarantee that the services provided by the openKylin community will not be interrupted. The openKylin community shall not be liable for any legal responsibility due to your inability to use the openKylin community normally due to any reason, such as network conditions, communication lines, requirements of third-party websites or management departments.

2. Content posted by users on the openKylin community (including but not limited to content in various product features of the openKylin community) only represents their personal positions and opinions, and does not represent the positions or opinions of the openKylin community. 5. Individuals or units who believe that there is content on the openKylin community that infringes on their legitimate rights and interests should prepare evidence materials with legal effect, contact the openKylin community in a timely manner, so that the openKylin community can promptly take appropriate action.

Supplementary Provisions　

The interpretation, modification, and updating rights of the disclaimer belong to the openKylin community.
