We have disable ability to change passive scanning to active on
particular channel when traffic is detected on that channel. Otherwise

Dan Carpenter d71be93720 iwlegacy: off by one in iwl3945_hw_build_tx_cmd_rate() 
We use "rate_index" like this:
	rate = iwl3945_rates[rate_index].plcp;
The iwl3945_rates[] array has IWL_RATE_COUNT_3945 elements so the
limit here is off by one.

Thomas Meyer 2b50b8f588 iwlegacy: Use kcalloc instead of kzalloc to allocate array 
The advantage of kcalloc is, that will prevent integer overflows which could
result from the multiplication of number of elements and size and it is also
a bit nicer to read.
