In preparation for alternative event channel ABIs, move all the functions accessing the shared data structures into their own file. David Vrabel	d2ba3166f2	xen/events: move drivers/xen/events.c into drivers/xen/events/ ... events.c will be split into multiple files so move it into its own directory.
