Rob Herring d0dfa16a60 of: move of_translate_dma_address to of_address.h
of_translate_dma_address is implemented in common code, so move the
declaration there too.

Rob Herring 4acf4b9cd4 of: move of_address_to_resource and of_iomap declarations from sparc
Move of_address_to_resource and of_iomap declarations to common code. These
only differ on sparc, but the declarations are the same and don't need to
be in arch header.

Rob Herring 32df8dca50 of: remove HAVE_ARCH_DEVTREE_FIXUPS
HAVE_ARCH_DEVTREE_FIXUPS appears to always be needed except for sparc,
but it is only used for /proc/device-teee and sparc does not enable
/proc/device-tree. So this option is redundant. Remove the option and
always enable it. This has the side effect of fixing /proc/device-tree
on arches such as arm64 which failed to define this option.

Introduce common of_flat_dt_match_machine and
of_flat_dt_get_machine_name functions to unify architectures' handling

specific list of machine descriptors duplicating the same search
algorithm. Create a common implementation with a simple architecture
specific hook to iterate over each machine's match table.

Several architectures using DT support built-in dtb's in the init

Linus Torvalds 26c019fc85 TTY/Serial fixes for 3.12-rc3
Here are some serial at tty driver fixes for 3.12-rc3

The serial driver fixes some kref leaks, documentation is moved to the proper
places, and the tty and n_tty fixes resolve some reported regressions. There
is still one outstanding tty regression fix that isn't in here yet, as I want
to test it out some more, it will be sent for 3.12-rc4 if it checks out.
