ARM: Device-tree updates for 4.15
We add device tree files for a couple of additional SoCs in various areas:
Allwinner R40/V40 for entertainment, Broadcom Hurricane 2 for networking,
Amlogic A113D for audio, and Renesas R-Car V3M for automotive.

the latest version of 'dtc' now warns about. Unfortunately there is still
a lot left to do.
A rework of the ARM foundation model introduced several new files
for common variations of the model.

Input: add support for HiDeep touchscreen
The HiDeep touchscreen device is a capacitive multi-touch controller mainly for multi-touch supported devices use. It use I2C interface for communication to IC and provide axis X, Y, Z locations for ten finger touch through input event interface to userspace. It support the Crimson and the Lime two type IC. They are different the number of channel supported and FW size. But the working protocol is same. some bugs on its PDF output and making it compatible with Sphinx

Char/Misc drivers for 4.14-rc1
Here is the big char/misc driver update for 4.14-rc1.
Lots of different stuff in here, it's been an active development cycle
for some reason. Highlights are:
- updated binder driver, this brings binder up to date with what
shipped in the Android O release, plus some more changes that
happened since then that are in the Android development trees.
- coresight updates and fixes
- mux driver file renames to be a bit "nicer"
- intel_th driver updates
- normal set of hyper-v updates and changes
- small fpga subsystem and driver updates
- lots of const code changes all over the driver trees
- extcon driver updates
- fmc driver subsystem upadates
- w1 subsystem minor reworks and new features and drivers added
- spmi driver updates
Plus a smattering of other minor driver updates and fixes.
All of these have been in linux-next with no reported issues for a
while.
