Ubuntu Developers 3906068cd9 Update translations from Launchpad. 
- Visit https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/bionic/+source/xdg-user-dirs/+pots/xdg-user-dirs/+export
 - Download the translations
 - Unpack, run `rename 's/xdg-user-dirs-//' po/*.po
 - quilt push -f launchpad_translation_export.patch
 - Add any new languages to xdg-user-dirs/po/LINGUAS
 - yes | cp <unpacked po>/*.po po/
 - exit 0
 - quilt refresh
 - eyeball the diff, check it looks sane e.g. no deletions in LINGUAS
