* Remove semicolon on output.
* Switch from using configure time logic to a target "carla-help".
* Remove GCC_COMPILER option.
* Check PACKAGE_CONFIGURATION for empty.
* Revert to add_library for carla-ros2-native ExternalProject.
* Add function carla_add_target_docs and document "clean".
* Minor fix (missing names).
